Welcome Gerald Washington
The newest verbal commit to the SC football program, a 6'5" 253-pound tight end by the name of Gerald Washington, has got to be 22 or 23 years old. He did a four year stint in the Navy post highschool, and is now transferring from Chaffey Junior College at the start of 2006. So he could be 23 or 24 before he ever plays for the Trojans. From the looks of it, Gerald Washington could be one bad ass motherfucker.

this guy looks to be the real deal. i hope to see what he can do on the field next year. a true recieving tight end would help keep SC #1.

When I saw the Texas USC game, I saw some Texas players pray before the game; after the game, I saw Vince Young kneel in prayer obviously to thank the Lord. USC should have won the game, but may be the Lord was more honored by the prayers of the Texas players even though I know there are Christians on the USC team. I am an avid USC fan. I don't think it is honorable to talk about recruits in a way that uses improper language. I think you'll attract more good recruits by having a cleaner presentation and remember that the recruitee's parents are helping their kids pick the right schools.

You are right, "bad-ass" is not improper language and you are right this is not a Christian site, but as a parent of two SC grads I think it does not represent the class the USC stands for. Let Texas talk like that. After all what kind of grammar is "hookem horns"/

Yeah,.. no matter what adj. are used to describe GERALD WASHINGTON, there is one thing that cant be debated.... this player is gonna get things done on the field and help bring USC back to the #1 spot. CHAMPS BABY!!
