USC vs Notre Dame Highlights

Devon Pollard, TrojanWire

While much of Southern California burned, the USC Trojans were lighting a fire up in South Bend, Indiana. Mark Sanchez was throwing touchdown strikes like lighting, Vidal Hazelton was smoking Notre Dame's defense and Joe McKnight was burning up the field.

In honor of the Trojan-Irish highlight video and former Irish Basketball Coach Richard "Digger" Phelps' now famous quote:

"My name's Digger. I'm the undertaker's son. We ain't dead yet!"

I thought the following clip from the boys of Monty Python would be more than appropriate. I would say there's strong similarities here.

This highlight video speaks volumes. The future of winning USC football clearly sits on the backs of Vidal Hazelton, Joe McKnight, and Mark Sanchez.

Chauncey obviously would still have a roll in banging it in for short yardage.

Oddly, all of the wishy-washying with Booty is probably going to hurt his chances of getting drafted.
