Tucson Citizen doesn't think Cats chances are too good

Rory MacDonald, TrojanWire

With a title like "Lights, camera, blowout? USC plays Godzilla, and UA is Tokyo" it's hard to imagine any optimism in this article.

And there isn't--save some offensive line heroics and everyone playing "crazy out of their minds."

The greatest suspense would seem to be what, if anything, the giant lizard could find in Petticoat Junction to sack and pillage.
The 23-6 advantage the Trojans have in the series dating back to 1916, when D.W. Griffith directed "Intolerance" and Woodrow Wilson was re-elected president, is astonishing only in that Arizona has won that many times.
Considering the Cats had all they could handle Saturday night in turning back Division I-AA Stephen F. Austin 28-10 while USC was defeating Nebraska by the same score...

But we don't, and sure hope the Trojans don't, expect the same crappy Arizona that got licked by LSU down south.
