Kicker Brad Smith from Davidson College is transferring to USC. Smith made 11 of 12 field goals last season and was named to a Mid-Major All-American. He will be immediately eligible under NCAA rules that allow players to transfer without sitting out if they are obtaining a graduate degree.... more »
