The US(C) Army All American Bowl

Devon Pollard, TrojanWire

More than a year before they're set to graduate their respective high schools and join the Trojan team, five future USC football stars will get an early chance to take the field together. Call it practice for the years to come. As according to Rivals, five USC commits are now on the West's roster for the 2009 US Army All-American Bowl, which showcases the nation's top high-school talent. The to-be-Trojans will include 5-star linebacker Votanze Burfict, receiver Randall Carroll (4-stars), athlete Patrick Hall (4) and safeties Chris Metcalf(4) and T.J. McDonald(4).

An exciting prospect to see, Fresno Edison's McDonald said he is working on getting all the Trojan commitments together for their official U.S. Army jersey presentation ceremony.

"It'd be really cool to do it all together...We thought since we were going to be teammates in the future and teammates in the game, that we should do it all as a team."

The game is scheduled for January 3rd, 2009. And the "SC Boys" are pumped to win back the title for the West.

*Thanks Amy
