Text message ban coming for recruiting?

There has been a fair amount of coverage on coaches (and governors!) sending text messages to recruits. The NCAA has viewed text messages as "letters" in years past (which means 'mail' all ya want!), but an NCAA panel has recommended that text messages to recruits be banned.
