Sports Illustrated Opens the Vault

Still got March Sadness on the brain? Well Sports Illustrated has got something to take your mind off it, on this not so good Friday: the SI Vault. Some lucky SI workers got the lucky task of digitally scanning every single article in Sports Illustrated's history. That's 54 years. We did a search just to test out their database, pulling up every USC related cover in the history of the magazine. It pulled up 31 Trojan related covers going back as far as 1956, including the September 1979 issue seen above. By the way...it was Charles White's Heisman. FACE!
