The Phi Delt house has been abandoned, surrounded by barbwire since the fraternity was kicked off campus in 2003--so nobody was hurt. But the overnight blaze required the aid of 125 firefighters.

Phi Delt was home to several USC football players of years past: Mike Salmon, Grant Pearsall, John Himebauch, Mark Matock, Jeff Diltz, and most recently Sonny Byrd.
