The NCAA ruled that the USC receiver violated 'extra benefits' rule in his apartment situation.
We thought this might be the only thing from that 'USC in trouble!!!' scare to potentially snag USC.
Of course Carroll remains confident that Dwayne Jarrett will not miss a game, but we remember a big receiver named Mike Williams that got re-inscrewed.
This time however, the NCAA said any reinstatement application from USC would be handled "in a timely manner"
