As if the Trojan receiving corps, seasoned veterans like Dwayne Jarrett and Steve Smith, weren't going to be fired up enough for Saturday's game following Lane Kiffin's trashing of them, along comes the mouth of a Nebraska JC transfer, who was supposed to be a back-up this season.
"When we beat this team, we can show the world that we are a great team and we restored the order," Andre Jones said Tuesday.
"When we beat USC, its going to slingshot our season."
"We're going to come up on top. USC is a great team. Of course, it's not going to be an easy game like it was against Louisiana Tech and Nicholls State."
The cornerback has two tackles and two pass breakups in two games this season.
