Assume that Booty and McFadden will be a deciding factor in determining their team's wins and losses; if USC goes undefeated and Arkansas fails to get to 10 wins, the Trophy is Booty's. If USC loses a game but still plays for the BCS Championship, still, the Trophy is likely to be Booty's.
Good thing Mitch Mustain will not be around to help Arkansas win games.
