El Chow Joins NFL's Titans

Ok, now it's official. After circulating rumors that Pete Carrol had told Chow to go, he finally has. Joining USC-alum and Titans head coach, Jeff Fisher, Norm Chow will be the new offensive coordinator for Steve McNair and the Tennesse Titans. With the 6th pick in the upcoming draft, one has to wonder if they will go after USC star wide receiver Mike Williams?
