Booty spasms?
Sorry couldn't resist the cheap pun. But seriously, John David Booty is experiencing back spasms and could miss the rest of spring practice.
"Surgery may be down the road," USC coach Pete Carroll said. "It's not at all the time to do that."
If he does have a disk problem requiring surgery, he would probably be sidelined until July.
Mark Sanchez ran 100 plays in Booty's stead on Thursday.

No doubt, Trojans were hitting Booty hard.Those big muscular Linebackers of SC no doubt are the best. Booty looked really beat-up and I don't see him coming back for awhile. Good luck Trojans

Ask LSU fans how much they miss the Booty family. If you ask me, I think John David Booty is the best medicine for U$C's overhyped dynasty. I'd bet the farm that he will suck "big time"! You better hope Booty breaks a leg or something before he ruins your 2006 season.
