Big frustrations

Ben Malcolmson, USCRipsIt Playing by the rules just got very frustrating for Coach Pete Carroll. NCAA bylaw 13.1.8.4.1, a regulation adopted January 14, dictates that head coaches cannot engage in off-campus recruiting activities during the April 15 through May 31 evaluation period.
