The Fantasy Sports Trade Association took these stats a couple years back, estimating fantasy sports to be a $3 billion to $4 billion annual impact across the sports industry. No wonder the NFL, NBA, MLB and PGA all want a piece of the pie. And powerhouses like Time-Warner, ESPN, Fox Sports, CBS, NBC and Yahoo are jumping to get their cut of the action.
