IRVINE, Calif. (AP) - Former Southern California and Raiders quarterback Todd Marinovich is serving a 90-day jail term stemming from an arrest in Newport Beach last month for possessing methamphetamine, officials said Monday.

but seriously, was he that looney to give the Newport Police the right to search him for skateboarding in a "prohibited" area? or do you lose your rights
when you are on probation? it had to be on the boardwalk. so funny that you cant skateBOARD on the BOARDwalk but you can rollerblade and ride stupid bikes.
