when my main man Frostee was asked if there's any rhetoric that he's been using to answer a lot of questions he said yeah.

"We can't stop the Texas offense, we can only hope to contain them."

get ready Texas! you are going to see the real USC defense today. can i introduce you to Rey Maualuga and Brian Cushing? they are our "back-up" linebackers!

Work? Work? My boss is all "I don't see what the big deal is, it seems like a forgone conclusion" I said, you went to Pepperdine, you don't even HAVE football so how could you hope to understand, and by the way, I'll be leaving at 330 today. Proudly wearing my Leinart jersey in the office.

Bunch and Rory are you guys going to the game or are you another peasant like myself? Nat's Dad sold the tix on ebay for a grand a piece so much for being the favorite son in-law. Can't wait for Texas to eat the biggest shit sandwich that state has ever seen.

It is being touted as possibly the greatest bowl game of all time. For the first time in three years there will be an undisputed #1 versus #2 for the national championship when Texas takes on USC in the Rose Bowl tonight.

This game will feature plenty of playmakers including two Heisman trophy winners lining up in the same backfield for the first time ever.

On the defensive side of the ball it’s the safeties that are going to have to be the playmakers because with all the offensive talent in this game most of the tackles will be made in the secondary.

The good news for the Trojans and Longhorns is that they do have those playmakers in their secondary. Junior safety Darnell Bing for USC and Senior safety Michael Huff for Texas.

Here is ESPN.com Bruce Feldman’s description of Darnell Bing.
