4 More Commitments
A trip to the Papadakis Tavern (where you'll find the finest Greek belly-dancers in San Pedro), a uniformed entrance onto the Coliseum field, and a visit back to Heritage Hall to watch Matt Leinart win the Heisman Trophy, and USC got 4 more recruits (all 4 stars). Defensive back Will Harris said:
Kevin (Thomas) and I had been talking about committing the whole time so Saturday night at dinner, we both stepped up and said we were ready to be Trojans. Averell (Spicer) and Jason Gwaltney did it as well so there was four of us who all committed. I’m just really excited right now.
The number one ranked safety in the West will also cancel a visit to UCLA he had for this weekend. With Kaluka Maiava, the Bruins now have been snubbed twice by future Trojans (Maiava rescinding a verbal commitment he made to UCLA this past summer).

Jason Gwaltney and Averell Spicer actually haven't publicly proclaimed their verbal commit to SC.

Why is this the only cite that has Jason Gwaltney commited to USC?
